By ordering from Nini & Loli you agree to have fully read and understood our return policy.

Return Policy

Our aim is for your 100% satisfaction.  Please carefully read our return policy to avoid misunderstanding and expectations:

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping, fees and any discount or price reductions)
  • To receive a refund or store credit we follow a strict policy that all returned item(s) must be in new (never been used) condition, in its' original undamaged box and/or packaging with all tags, warranties, and instruction intact.
  • All special orders and furniture are final sales and may not be canceled or returned.  Special orders are (but not limited to) items we do not have in our inventory, furniture, and personalized products.  Special orders have an estimated order lead time.  You will be informed of the estimated order time for your items prior to completing the special order.  Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.  These times are given to us by the supplier.  Nini & Loli is not responsible for supplier delays or back orders.
  • Due to the nature of some products, safety and hygienic reasons some products are final sales and may not be returned.  We take the safety and health of your children very seriously and will not risk compromising your child's safety and health with a product that has already been removed from our store. These product classes include, but are not limited to:
    • Car Seats
    • Strollers
    • Feeding Accessories
    • Breast Pumps & Accessories
    • Nursing pads & Nursing accessories
    • Electronics
    • Pacifiers & Teethers
    • Bath Tubs & Bath Tub Accessories
    • Skin Products
    • Diapering Accessories
    • Diaper Pails
    • Potty seats and wipes
    • Video/audio tapes
    • Mattresses and changing pad covers
  • Gift cards, Clearance, sales, and discontinued items are final sales and may not be returned
  • Merchandise that includes a Manufacturer Warranty is not returnable after it's been unpackaged and used, but will be covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Service.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for these items.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to final approval from our return department

All refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment

Customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please note that Nini & Loli does not ship internationally.  Nini & Loli is not responsible for items shipped overseas.

 

Fees and Shipping Costs

  • Returns past 30 days will be considered on a case per case basis and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions or pieces, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund or credit.
  • Nini & Loli does not assume return shipping cost.  Customers will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • All furniture Items will incur a 30% restocking fee plus all processing fees & shipping charges unless otherwise stated on the actual product page.
  • On orders that qualify for free shipping, FedEx or UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a 10% order processing fee plus the actual to and from shipping costs.  Please note that all orders are shipped signature required.

Cancellation Return Schedule

Our commitment is to process orders quickly, usually within hours the order is placed.  For this reason, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours       No fee
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours          10% order processing fee
  • Orders canceled after shipped           10% order processing fee + shipping charges
  • Storage for orders delayed                 $75 per month

Return Instructions

  • Request an RMA (return merchandise approval) number before returning any merchandise
  • You may request a prepaid shipping label.  The costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount
  • You may ship back returns using your own shipping method.  We recommend that you use either FedEx or UPS, send the packages insured and keep the tracking number.  You will be responsible for the merchandise up to the point it is received by us.

HOW WILL MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BE CALCULATED?

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, loyalty points, discounts, shipping charges, restocking, processing, and gift wrapping fees if applicable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

You will receive a refund (for items you purchased) or store credit (for items received as gifts) within five (5) business days from approval of the return department once they receive the returned merchandise.
